Jennifer teaches a hands-on method for healing body, mind, and spirit that combines Reiki, Shamanic healing techniques, and more, working with the natural flow of energy. This is not a traditional classroom setting, the knowledge and skills are passed through ceremony, practice, and experience. This means we’re not just going to be talking about it, we’re going to be doing it.

Shamanic Reiki

Level 1: Either you’re a beginner (no previous knowledge or experience necessary), are looking for a new perspective on energy healing, or you want a refresher on the basics.

Level 2: You’ve had a level 1 Reiki attunement, have a basic understanding of Shamanism, and are ready to take the next step in expanding your skills. If you meet these requirements, it is not necessary that you completed level 1 with me. Everyone walks their own path, only you will know when you are ready to take this next step. I recommend waiting at least 1-3 months after the level 1 Reiki attunement.

Level 3: Often referred to as the “Master” level, the training varies based on whether you want to be able to attune and teach others. Everyone walks their own path, only you will know when you are ready. I recommend waiting at least 3-6 months (you might even expect as long as a year) after the level 2 Reiki attunement. Contact me for more info»

How to prepare

Consider what you have scheduled around the time of the workshop, be prepared to want to take it easy (both before and after). Even if you don’t choose to prepare yourself in any conscious way, your body and spirit may begin preparing for you! Always listen to your body, get enough rest, and stay hydrated. If you should perhaps find yourself feeling ‘moody’ a few days before, its important not to judge yourself, but just acknowledge that you’re getting “it” out of your system, in preparation for big changes!

Ways to prepare are a matter of personal preference. Some like to meditate the night before. My favorite is a cleansing ritual bath: water as hot as you can comfortably stand it, one pound of epsom salt (don’t overdo it), one pound of baking soda, stay in 20 minutes or until the water starts to turn tepid, don’t wait until you feel cold. I usually throw in a handful of my favorite herbal bath salt mix and put on relaxing music, light candles, and smudge with sage or palo santo.

What to bring (recommended)

• Wear comfortable clothing (sweatpants, yoga attire, PJs…)
• Something to take notes with
• Drinking water and a light, healthy snack

Important Cancellation Policy:

No exchanges. I make commitments to staff and facilities based on your registration, and space is limited. If you should cancel prior to the registration deadline you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit and tuition investment. If you should cancel after the registration deadline and up to 24-hours before the workshop, you may be eligible for a refund of your tuition investment, but you forfeit the deposit amount for holding the space for you that someone else was not able to register into. Be prepared to forfeit your deposit and full tuition investment if you miss the workshop and didn’t cancel 24-hours in advance.
