Trance dance brings our body, mind and spirit into alignment and creates positive effects.
From the trance state, an altered state of consciousness, anything is possible.
We dance blindfolded to shut off our primary connection to the world we think is real,
so that we easily connect to what is truly real, inside ourselves, in connection with Spirit.
You can expect to be held in a safe and sacred space throughout the evening.
When you arrive there will be a “free dance” to warm up, then we’ll begin with
a talking circle to prepare for the blindfolded trance dance.
All fitness levels and limitations are respected.
No dance experience required.

Details:
Men and women are welcome.
Dress appropriately for freedom of movement.
Bare feet preferred, no street shoes on the studio floor.
Please bring:
- a water bottle for drinking
- a bandana, scarf, or something to use as a blindfold

- To create the best experience for everyone it’s really important I have an early headcount of exactly how many are attending.
